Portable Appliance Testing

The Author, Keith Wheeler, has compiled these pages to assist you in understanding what is required with regard to Portable Appliance Testing in the workplace. This will enable managers who are "Duty Holders" to know enough about the subject to prevent those carrying out the work from "pulling the wool over their eyes".

We also have a CD available which contains more information about the test & inspection process itself. That e-book will also provide sufficient information for the task to be allocated to existing members of staff thus avoiding the inconvenience and expense of hiring in an outside contractor.

The pages have been written in a way as to be free of technobabble or complex language, and includes video clips of card index and PC based record-keeping systems. There are also live links to other sources of related topics.
